Outlook & Email Integration

Connect your firm's Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailbox to QwikCA and triage client emails — turn them into tasks and leads, create tasks automatically from incoming mail, and attach or send emails from a task.

Most client work starts with an email — “please file my GST”, “here are the bank statements”, “can you send the computation?”. QwikCA’s Outlook integration brings those emails into the same place the work happens, so requests don’t get lost in someone’s inbox.

Connecting Outlook

You connect your firm’s Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailbox by signing in with your Microsoft account. Sign-in happens on Microsoft’s own page, so QwikCA never sees your Outlook password.

Once connected, client emails come into QwikCA and your team triages each one — decide whether it becomes a new task, a lead, or part of a task you’re already working on — without forwarding mails around the office.

Turning emails into tasks

Any email can become a task in one click. Assign it to a team member, set the due date, and the original email stays linked to the task — so whoever picks it up can read exactly what the client asked for.

Automatic task creation

Incoming mail that needs action can create tasks on its own. Instead of a request sitting unread until someone notices it, it lands on the task board ready to be assigned.

Creating leads from emails

When a new enquiry arrives by email, convert it into a lead in one click. It goes straight onto your lead pipeline so the follow-up doesn’t slip.

Emails on a task

  • Attach emails — link any email to the task it relates to, so the client’s instructions sit next to the checklist, files and comments.
  • Send email from the task — email the client without leaving the task, whether you’re chasing pending documents, sharing a computation, or confirming a filing.
  • @mention an email — in task comments, type @ to reference an email (as well as team members, clients, other tasks and leads), and the mention links straight to it.
